InfoApp, Inc. (“InfoApp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information entrusted to us.
InfoApp provides a platform that enables businesses to create and share interactive information experiences with customers and prospects. Buyers may access an InfoApp experience through a link, QR code, email, text message, social media, or other sharing method and ask questions about a company’s products, services, solutions, or other approved content. InfoApp may also provide tools that help business users capture prospect information, record notes, understand buyer interests and questions, generate buyer-intent insights and assessments, and synchronize information with customer relationship management (“CRM”) systems.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, how long certain information is retained, and the choices available to individuals regarding their information. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, you may contact us at contact@infoapp.com.

- Account credentials and authentication information
- IP address
- Device and browser information
- Account activity and usage information
- Information related to customer support requests
We use this information to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, provide the InfoApp service, support customers, maintain security, communicate regarding the service, and satisfy contractual, legal, and business obligations.
InfoApp customers may share an InfoApp experience with customers, prospects, event attendees, website visitors, or other individuals.
When you interact with an InfoApp experience, we may process information including:
- Your name
- Company name
- Business email address
- Business telephone number
- Questions you ask
- Information you select or interact with
- Content you view
- Date and time of interactions

- Browser and device information
- Information voluntarily submitted through the experience
InfoApp may analyze your interactions with an InfoApp experience to help the organization that provided the experience better understand topics that interest you, questions you have asked, information you may be researching, and where you may be in your evaluation process.
For example, InfoApp may generate summaries, assessments, or other insights based on the questions and interactions associated with an InfoApp experience.
These insights are intended to help the InfoApp customer better understand and respond to buyer interests. They are not intended to make decisions regarding employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, or other similarly regulated eligibility determinations.
The business or organization that provides an InfoApp experience may have its own privacy policy governing its relationship with you. We encourage you to review that organization’s privacy policy as well.
InfoApp customers may provide information about their customers, prospects, contacts, or other business relationships to the InfoApp platform.
Depending upon the features being used, this information may include:
- Name
- Company
- Job title/li>
- Business email address
- Business telephone number
- CRM contact information
- Notes regarding customer or prospect conversations
- Deal or opportunity information
- Other business-related information entered by an authorized InfoApp user
When InfoApp processes this information on behalf of a customer, the customer is generally responsible for determining why the information is collected and how it is used, while InfoApp processes the information to provide the services requested by that customer.
InfoApp may allow authorized users to use a mobile device or camera to capture contact information from items such as:
- Event badges
- Business cards
- Printed contact information
- Handwritten contact information
- Other materials containing contact details
InfoApp may use image recognition, optical character recognition, and artificial intelligence technologies to identify information such as a person’s name, company, email address, or telephone number.
The image is processed solely for the purpose of extracting the requested contact information.
Once the extracted information has been transferred into InfoApp, the original scanned image is immediately deleted and is not retained by InfoApp.
Extracted contact information may be reviewed by the user before being saved and may subsequently be associated with an InfoApp contact, notes, buyer activity, or CRM record.
InfoApp experiences may be accessed through QR codes, personalized links, general links, email, text messages, social media, or other sharing mechanisms.
When you access an InfoApp experience, we may associate interactions with information provided through the link or information you provide during your session.
Where an experience has been personalized for a particular contact, your interactions may be associated with that contact so the organization sharing the InfoApp experience can better understand your interests and respond appropriately.
A core function of InfoApp is enabling buyers to ask questions and research information provided by an InfoApp customer. InfoApp may process:
- Questions submitted by a buyer
- Answers generated in response to those questions
- Topics researched
- Interactions with suggested questions
- Information reviewed through an InfoApp experience
- Summaries of research activity
InfoApp may use this information to generate insights for the organization providing the InfoApp experience, including assessments of topics such as:
- Buyer interests
- Answers generated in response to those questions
- Solution understanding
- Fit or feasibility
- Risk considerations
- Commercial considerations
- Potential decision-process signals
These assessments are generated from available interaction data and may not always accurately reflect an individual’s intentions or circumstances.
InfoApp may allow authorized business users to create notes regarding meetings, conversations, trade shows, and other customer or prospect interactions.
Users may enter notes manually or use voice-to-text functionality.
When voice-to-text is used, audio is processed solely for the purpose of converting spoken information into text.
Once the transcription has been generated and transferred into InfoApp, the original audio is immediately deleted and is not retained by InfoApp.
The resulting text may be organized, summarized, or associated with a contact, company, opportunity, or other InfoApp record.
The resulting text may be retained as part of the user’s InfoApp data until deleted by the customer or according to InfoApp’s applicable data-retention practices.
Artificial intelligence is an important part of the InfoApp service.
InfoApp may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to:
- Answer questions using content approved or provided by an InfoApp customer
- Summarize information
- Organize notes
- Process voice input into text
- Extract contact information from badges, business cards, and other images
- Identify topics of buyer interest
- Generate buyer-intent assessments
- Analyze research activity
- Recommend relevant questions or information

To provide certain capabilities, relevant information may be securely transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence or technology service providers, including providers such as OpenAI.
These providers process information on InfoApp’s behalf to provide the requested functionality.
Images submitted for contact-information extraction and audio submitted for voice-to-text processing are not retained by InfoApp after the extracted information or transcription has been transferred into the InfoApp service.
InfoApp does not sell personal information to artificial intelligence providers.
Artificial intelligence-generated answers, summaries, assessments, transcriptions, or other outputs may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should review AI-generated information when appropriate before relying upon it for important business decisions.
